This policy is effective December 1, 2013
SnapRecall does not collect any information that can identify you (“personal information). NEITHER SNAPRECALL NOR SUNDOG HAS ANY ACCESS TO THE RECORDS OR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU STORE ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICES.
When participants use SnapRecall using their mobile devices, SnapRecall will collect location tracking information that tells SnapRecall the locations of users, based on the location of their device. We use location tracking information for the purposes of showing you nearby places, verifying your location and enabling you to access other location-based features of the service.
When participants use SnapRecall, SnapRecall will access the photo database stored on your device and will also use location metadata that is stored in those files. We use these files and metadata to perform the searching functions inherent to the SnapRecall service.
SnapRecall may use web tracking technologies such as cookies in order to recognize visitors to the SnapRecall website and to analyze general user traffic patterns. Some of this data may include data, such as IP address data, that is unique to you.
We may share aggregated, non-personal information in any of the above situations and also with advertisers and others.
