This policy is effective December 1, 2013

Introduction

SnapRecall is a mobile application (“app”) created by Sundog Technologies, LLC (“Sundog”). The privacy of our users is extremely important to us. This privacy policy is designed to inform users of SnapRecall (website, apps and service), collectively (“SnapRecall”) about how Sundog gathers and uses personal information submitted to us in connection with use of the Service. Sundog will take all reasonable steps to protect user privacy consistent with the guidelines set forth in this policy and with applicable U.S. laws. In this policy, “user” or “you” means any person using the Service, whether by using SnapRecall, visiting the website or using our delivered content.

What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information

SnapRecall does not collect any information that can identify you (“personal information). NEITHER SNAPRECALL NOR SUNDOG HAS ANY ACCESS TO THE RECORDS OR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU STORE ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICES.

Location Tracking Information

When participants use SnapRecall using their mobile devices, SnapRecall will collect location tracking information that tells SnapRecall the locations of users, based on the location of their device. We use location tracking information for the purposes of showing you nearby places, verifying your location and enabling you to access other location-based features of the service.
